THE OWNER AND PRINCIPAL
Gerard Smith is fairly new to the industry having started his journey with one of the international franchises in late 2019. Gerard enthused that he immediately fell in love with the industry. He states “ handing over those keys to a first-time home buyer gives a feeling of unparalleled satisfaction. Changing people's lives in a positive way makes it not just a job but a passion. In early 2020, during the pandemic, Gerard took the bold step to acquire his own Franchise, and that same year the office was named Franchise of the year. One of his other passions, developing and introducing new property practitioners from a previously disadvantaged background led him to pursue starting his own real estate brand where he will have more autonomy to make decisions that will give him the best opportunity to achieve his objectives whilst bringing about positive change to the industry.
